What do you do to take care of yourself? I’ll do yoga and meditation to calm myself.
I've been getting into the new water jet massage tables at my gym.I love weight lifting not sure if that is taking care of myself. Massages acupuncture and cupping is where it’s at though.

Cook meals from raw ingredients, hiking, Fitness centre activities, Play sports with my kids, table tennis with wife, spar with adults and sometimes @Grimson , get zooted with @Penny Traitor and @jive listen to ambient and minimal techno, and occasionally day drinking and bbq.
My brane is fine, my nose required corrective surgery. Assbutt.Just dont do long snapping drills or spar because that can directly impact ur brane health for obvious reasons.
