I agree it's early, but Dews is right on this subject. A lefty should not be your closer, unless he has an absolutely outstanding arsenal of pitches, which Santiago clearly does not.

Reed has done extremely well in his appearances and deserves his fair shot at this point.

There are teams with a lot worse options at closer than the White Sox but it's definitely not working w/ Santiago as of now...

Sometimes I think Rongey forgets that the games in April and May count just as much as the ones in August and September. While you can't make the playoffs in the early part of the season, but you sure can damage your chances.
