Seen @VickAshley✅️verified on Rogan the other day. Im not tapping to this 125lb dork, but vick would break most of you.

Vick only eats pizza and pasta. Basically what he is doing is IF, OMAD, but still, its pizza and pasta fat ppl.

I think imma try the pasta diet myself. If i get fatter eating the shit out of tagliatelle covered in cheese, oils, creams or whatever sauce im making.. Im gonna guillotine the shit out of vick

Just make sure to carb load the first two weeks. You should be fine.

idk, i might quit after day 1. or maybe eat different pasta. made a pan fredo, its good but its just too rich eaten as a huge omad thing. a normal portion sure it would probably be fine. but XL portion and i feel sick.

General rule of thumb: Do the exact opposite of anything recommended on a Joe Rogan podcast.

I had to quit this diet. 1, it didnt work and 2, it might have led to Covid. Thanks Joe!

First off, I didnt lose any weight at all. Not a single gram. To be fair though, I didnt follow vicks regime of only eating once a day... while mixing in hours of exercise.

I ate 2 times a day on average. Started off with 1 time a day eating some egg tagliatelle covered in some of my heavy arse pan alfredo. BUT after two days of that, i couldnt hang. Too rich n heavy and it made me feel sick eating XL portions. So I decided to modify and eat my Aglio Olio. Just extra spicy plus the mods are using tagliatelle instead of spaghetti, and i added plenty of pecorino romano n parmesan.

After a couple, few? weeks.. i didnt lose any weight, nor did i gain any weight.. i did get covid though. so no more pasta...

After 4-5 days of not really craving anything specific, i had an urge for some fake wasabi to clear out the nostrils. made a shit load of rolls n a spicy mayo.. shit was good.. sooo...Im now starting the sushi roll diet.

Kinda myopic, Joe has some really intelligent guests who articulate plenty of sound advice.

But this has become a pretty common viewpoint about Joe Rogan and his podcast since CNN decided he was evil.
