We just signed a guy named Kenobi so of course I'm stoked. Fox is a quality coach. Fangio very much a quality DC. We got Kevin White and have Alshon. The center from OSU is the next Kruetz. Forte will bang out 1200 to 1500 APY and Cutty will be Cutty. I think with 60 + mill on the line he just might care. And if he still "don't care" I've watched Rick Mirer run the offense so don't crucify me if I'm ok with a head case with the strongest arm in the league takin some chances. The real miracle will be Shea Mac goin nuts in a 3-4 before becoming a free agent. We go 10-6 and make playoffs. May the fifth be with you before revenge of the sixth.

You lost me at Sheamus.
The center is from Oregon.
Also, you must not have gotten the memo, but optimism is forbidden around these parts. That blowhard Mongo said so already.

Bears tradition is almost dead. No great LB, no great RB, but we are keeping the tradition of mediocre QB play.

im thinking if fangio doesnt get a HC gig elsewhere in the next 2-4 years, youll see some solid backers being pushed out.

Speaking of LB Bostic missed this last mini camp because of back issues, he also missed a few games last season with back trouble. I was thinking with the new staff we might see good things from him, need to figure out what's up with the back.

Don't be stressed this year. Bears have zero expectations, probably won't win enough games to make the playoffs, but will win a couple they shouldn't. Yeah that sounds like every year recently but this time it is different. Our team has not sold its future for this year, like it has in so many in the past. We will have a lot of young players getting work, new schemes, new coaches ect. Just enjoy the ride.

Eh who am I kidding I'll be passed out from JD by 3:30pm week 1 after Packers dance all over our city again.

Yes, the experts say he never should have been a down lineman.:dunno:

The experts? This forum knew he couldnt play LE in a 4-3. As for 3-4 he is too small for outside and inside he cant tackle. On top of that he lost dropping back. Basically he can blitz if let unblocked

So Forte is having a down year and Joe Flacco is our QB now?

Shea Mac going nuts from his inside linebacker spot, assuming he makes it out of training camp.

The ral good news is with Marshall gone he may be more inclined to throw to other receivers more than 25-percent t of the time

I'll rephrase for you, Emery drafted him as a down lineman and was criticized right away (rightfully so). Packers and New England were both wanting to take SM, they both run the 3-4 and would have had him standing up . I'm curious when this forum knew he couldn't play, before or after he took an NFL snap.
