The uniforms for the Chicago Cubs.

I was reading the logo/uniform changes thread and it got me wondering what people would change about the Cubs' uniforms if you could?

Just off the top, for me, one thing that bothers me are the blue and red road hats. I think the home and road hats should be the same. And don't tell me about marketing. I already know about this. I don't care. I think the road and home hats should be the same.

I go back and forth on whether they should lose the pin stripes at home.

I love the blue hats and I hope they NEVER change their uniforms... just like I hope the Bears never change their uniforms except maybe making the 40's throwbacks their official alternate. I also hope the Bulls just keep what they have and not change anything about the uniforms...

Teams change their uniforms way too much. I love the traditional look that teams like the Cubs, Yankees, Tigers, etc. have in baseball and the Bears, Packers, Steelers and Raiders have in football. Nothing flashy, but classic and original.

No way. Too many teams have gone with navy blue. The Cubs should keep their blue what it is unless they went with the theme that used the top Cubs logo in the pictures posted above. Otherwise, they shouldnt be trying to go with some form of navy blue. If anything, they should go with a lighter blue.

I don't know if people realize this but the Cubs haven't always had pinstripes. I think it would also look sharp without. You don't have to have pinstripes to have a classic look. Actually, so many teams use pinstripes it's kind of overdone.
