I think coaching helps but we've all seen what 1 superstar player can do for a team. LeBron got a Cavs team to the finals years back and Wade always has his mediocre teams in the playoffs. Add LeBron to a team with Rose and Noah, youve got a team ready to contend.

he was a bad coach, only edge ill give him is that he was a alright defensive coach.
