Things you can't find online thread

Ever try to find something online with no luck? Not google fails, but actual things that are obscure or maybe out of print/production. Maybe it was never digitally converted, or maybe originals were lost/destroyed for whatever reason, relying on someone else to catch, capture, and publish from personal archives.

I have a spreadsheet on shit I've been tracking for a long long time. Figure I can't be alone with having some kind of list (mental or documented) of hard to find items, thought maybe we can have a thread, help each other cross some things off.

sure why not...ill look it over... its not a steakhouse, but we sell a fair amount of steaks for the size of the place.. hotel/pub/bistro.. nuffin fancy.. unless i put fancy shit on me shifts.. but since my shifts will be solo speed is everything and if the process takes too long i aint doing it or id bust out some old sautee favs.. single pan is fine but multiple is borderline maybe i shouldn't until i can ace me service..
