I just got nostalgia looking at this video I made and decided to post it.

http://s118.photobuc...ltontribute.mp4

I dont post the youtube version because youtube killed the song on it. (yes this was before kane, I just felt the video needed some 80's rock). I fucking loved Hamilton.

Dude was fucking ridiculous on the shootout.

and at 3:04 that is just embarrassing on the yotes.

and jako will cum, ruutu is in one of the shots.

Thing I learned/were confirmed by this video:

Hammy's shootout/breakaway shot was deadly. It looks a bit like Kanes, but instead of glove side, he goes stick side.

He seemingly was on a line with Sharpie.

There were some names I hadn't thought about in a while.

Ruutu is still the awesomest awesome to ever awesome.

Awwwwwwwwww an American Girl Doll ad came up when I was watching it.

I always wonder what happened to Hammy. I kept track of him for a little while and then he just kind of disappeared.

Carolina gave a him a shot for a couple seasons after his tenure with us, then he went back to the AHL/Europe, im not exactly sure. I really loved him.

speaking of Tuomo still being awesome, i want him back...and i have a nice feeling in my gut this season is the time for a re-trade.

I cried for two days when they traded him.

I will never get rid of my Ruutu either. How dare you bring the thought of that sacrilege to here.

He is playing in the Finnish Elite League. I really wish there was a way to get feeds of those games from that league even on the internet because they are VERY entertaining. I was in FInland for the NHL Premiere at the beginning of the Cup year and watched the Soumen Mesteri games on TV in the bars and found them really fast and the one person seemingly responsible for defence was the goalie. Fun to watch the Finns.

maybe that's why Finland pumps out so many excellent goalies, but no Defensemen?

I know you guys will laugh at me, but I always miss Arki. He just looked so innocent and lost out there. I wonder if he plays in Russia.

How many Ex Hawks have been back? The major one I can think of Savard. But he was also a huge fan favorite, and still is.

I also believe the want nothing to do with the old regime. Just about every link to Bill Wirtz has been severed.

Toews was a Bill Wirtz link though, ditto Seabrook and Keith, and Crawford.

and Kane, and Hjalmarsson, and Bolland, and Bickell.

You jerk wad.

I wasn't just talking about the players. A bit sure, but organization wise there are but a few tenuous links.
