this is why i hate the hall of fame and the way its run. What makes a guy a first ballot hall of famer compared to getting in on his 10th year? in the end their considered a hall of famer anyway. Steroids or not, Barry Bonds has the all time home run record and isn't a first ballet HOF. its a flawed system that needs to be reformed

In potentially further bad news, yesterday on one of the Chicago Sports Stations they had on a guest who had taken a poll of many voters on the Hall of Fame for 2014. From that poll it was determined that Greg Maddux might be getting 100% and the only other candidate to cross over the 75% mark was Glavine. Third was Frank Thomas just missing out.

I could hear the argument of Maddux over Frank, but I can't see anyway you take Glavine over Frank. If this is true is it outlash against all hitters for the era? The belief that a DH isn't baseball?

anyone who doesnt think Hurt should be in is a moron. These guys who hate chicago etc cannot make any case on why he shouldnt be there DH or not. His numbers were Nintendo like.
