I really like Leftwich as a future candidate but he needs to show he can produce outside of Arians system.

He did lead Jameis Winston to a 5000 passing yard season. So you certainly can't say all of his success is because of Brady.

I think one more stint as an effective OC, away from Brady and Arians and he is a head coach candidate for sure.

Unfortunately for him right now as an OC he has had one great year without Brady and that just isn't enough in many peoples eyes to give him the keys to the castle and a 5 year HC contract.

I'm not really thrilled with most, if any, of the candidates. Leftwich has the combination of not being a failure of a coach and has an offensive acumen. Its not exactly a ringing endorsement, but I think he is the best option available.

Standing up on a bench and screaming at your team mates doesn't do a whole lot of convincing for me.

There is a lot more to it than that - His lack of coaching experience makes him not a top choice for me -

He has more than Kellen Moore - but not very much

See @:21 and at least view the last couple minutes. Look at what Leftwich's teammates say about him.

If you wanted a player cussing out his teammates, why weren't you and others rooting for Brandon Marshall (see the tie in? Marshall) to stay on the team?

:) well the video was more than "cussing out his teammates". The video shows Leftwich's respected character, toughness, leadership and team commitment to winning. We could have used some of this in 2021. A lotta guys
"check out" in 2021. There was no leadership. No Bear pride. No one seemed to be pissed about losing. Guys were just picking up check$.

What is the common denominator on coaches, players, executives that you seem to have?

And no....success is not one of them.
