When I was in college there was a Beef place called Carm's at Arthington and Cicero ave. I worked at Good Humor across the street. Carms had bullet proof glass between the customers and the workers and then they had chain link fencing on the windows. Outside I twice walked by a dead person lying on the curb, plus there were hookers walking around all day. Besides all that it smelled bad
