Definitely agree with this
And that's entirely the point. This is a poorly coached team. Compared to what the Vikings are doing? The Bears are more talented than the Vikings Williams is better than Darnold. But because there's a competent offensive scheme in Minnesota they're killing it.

Idk, bringing back flus was a giant mistake and I feel like we're seeing the fallout of that decision. Hopefully a late season run against 2nd string QBs doesn't get him extended.
It was the one thing that kept me from getting overly excited.

This has been my worry as well. I know meatballs and shills will say wins are wins but theres who you beat and how you beat them. Im sorry but Flus has 1 signature win to his career. He's damn lucky Levis is a tard too. Its nice that his D is up and rolling but at what point do you get tired of having Lovie Smith again? We're looking at dud OC #2. Minnesota and Gb are winning with complete bums. Johnson turned Goff into a top 3rd QB. Get someone who can bring the bears into the 21st century.

Wait.....you're predicting at some point Poles will be fired?

I thought he had a lifetime contract with a provision that he could resign but never be fired?

Cute he should be fired sooner rather than later.

Why can't the Bears be like the Ravens or the Steelers? Well coached and always competitive? The Packers are winning with Malik Willis at QB.

There's no philosophy here in Chicago. There's no strategy for success no foundation no direction, zero fucking leadership. They could have pulled out the win today and it wouldn't change the fact that there's no floor for how bad this team could be.

There's no minimum standard here they're chasing ghosts.

There's no offensive system, there's no purpose, there's no semblance of if you do this, success will follow.

Nothing sets up the next thing in this offense. It's very Matt Nagy like.

This franchise is very much cross your fingers and hope for the best.

Honestly I’d rather the season go down the tubes then to be playoff fodder as the 7seed and watch Eberflus get more time to fuck up the Bears long term. How the fuck does a team get goal to go from the 4 but not run play action once? And then to run an option play from the pistol formation on 4th down??? Who the fuck thought that would ever be a good playcall?? They left the roster’s best RB off the field that entire series.

The season isn't over if you are only about the record. The season is very worthwhile if you see it as the important reps that give Williams the lessons he needs to grow as a pro.

You can get off the ledge and enjoy a big night of passing stats. As if this moment, Caleb Williams had the second biggest game by yardage of any QB so far this year; with Dak taking the lead in his matchup this week against Baltimore.

And we have more big games on the horizon

Maybe I'm just another meatball, but four running plays and not one fade to the rookie receiver that's supposed to be a jump ball specialist?

I'm glad they got it right on the next red zone look. There are lessons here for our playcaller to learn.

I'm sour on Waldron but he has room to improve, and deserves a chance to.

Look at the bright side of things and be grateful.

Roshon was actually used and Odunze caught a TD ! The first of both Caleb's and Rome's.
CW looked better kinda. Still going thru growing pains.

After 3 games -- The HC,Oline, OC, and Oline coach deficiencies have been exposed. Poles will have No choice but to address these weaknesses on the team

It looks realistically that the 6th rounder from Pittsburg for Fields will become a 4th !!!

If Ian Cunningham is poached we could possibly get Two 3rds in compensation !

Kmet, along with Roshon, is finally being used......When will Scott be allowed to get some snaps over our punt/kick returner ?

The Bears truly have a great Defense !

And Da Bears are Da Bears

Thank you McCaskeys

Justify the HC being great. Im not saying hes bad but Great means something to me that Flus doesnt come close to qualifying as.
He started as a new coach. I think he has only gotten better with experience. Great was going to far. He is good and improving still.

Duh

It's the dipshits who own the team...they set the tempo....they're just happy to still be part of the nfl and think people give a shit about their family history

They truly don't care about winning and losing....they're not demanding of anything and constantly hire the wrong people

Love him/hate him (and who knows how he'd do here) but a guy like Harbaugh (or ditka 40 years ago) is the complete opposite; a type personality; of these people which is why they'd never hire people like them.

We're watching Bears 101 in how to fuck up a rookie QB. If they were intent on Caleb starting from the jump, they should have cleaned house and brought in an offensive minded HC to bring him along. If they wanted to keep Flus, then they should've never traded Justin and just forced Caleb on the bench to start his career. Instead, the Bears did the ultimate Bears thing with lame duck HC/retread OC.
