An ongoing topic in America is obesity and unfortunately its starting at a very early age for some. Some of these kids end up growing up to become even fatter and fatter and fatter. So fat that they can sneak guns into a stadium via fat flaps.

Its bad for the heart. Its bad for the brane. It's bad for the joints.
IMO letting your kid become this unhealthy is abusive, neglectful and worst of all endangering.

Do you guys also think these terrible parents should be arrested and charged with child abuse? I dont care how much you like quadruple baconators with extra mayo dipped in nacho cheese. That doesn't mean your kids have to pay the price and eat what you eat and not live a healthy active lifestyle.

Sorry for the rank. I just saw a young child driving around in a motorized cart at the supermarket and she was so unhealthy and gross. This type of stuff just MAKES ME SICK!

What do you guys think?

It is very sad. Perhaps if the child's parent started an only fans where people could obsess over their parent's pudge all the time, they'd be dissuaded from becoming overweight individuals themselves. The shame of witnessing one's parent eating tailgating food and screaming at the tv while wearing a cheer leader outfit MAKES ME SICK!

Thank you. I was getting so sick of the old one. Idk if you remember it but it was a morbidly obese man with gigantic milk jugs and a triple chin. Just completely unathletic. Never played a sport in his life. Gross individual. Im just waiting to figure out what to put up next.

I think body positivity is what this is about. Instead of shaming people of weight,we should be celebrating their ability to grow the body!

I'd even go as far as to give these plumpers their own month for awareness.

I was in retail grocery for a long, long time. The amount of absolute junk food (some) people buy is in shocking. And the vast majority are pretty big/large people.

I don't think we can arrest parents of obese parents. Most of the parents are obese, too. I don't know what the answer is other than taxing junk foods to the point they are un-affordable. And that isn't likely to happen.

I’ve never heard anyone argue to arrest the grandparents of children who have obese parents. ?

Nah. The problem with Americans is they're too slow on the up take. Bring this up 30 years ago and you got a point.

And for fun something from way back in 2005:

The real culprit is alcohol though and I fully stand by Biden BANNING beer. Such a disgusting habit.

Ban v guidelines. What happened to fucking reading comprehension. Sorry. I've gone off topic. Beer contributes to obesity, stop your kids from drinking too much beer.

I also try to avoid drinking the liquid sugar bread.

They did to beer what they did to every other product we consume in America, they added sweeteners.

They did it to @KittiesKorner's ciders.

They just keep adding sugar to things to drive an addictive demand beyond what alcohol itself already offers.

Most weed edibles are, not surprisingly, very very sweet treats.

Its like an entire country being run by a Grandmother who doesn't have any idea what to do but keep offering more sugar to keep the kids happy.

Don't mind me, I just ate a sweet sweet sweet sugary, albeit coated in the sour sprinkles edible about an hour ago.

Sugar could be a euphemism for many things, making this a somewhat profound statement.

Last year I would have kids drinking 2-3 monster energy drinks in my class, and then doing the same in others. I’d always tell them to tell their parents thanks for the diabetes. This year I won’t allow any sugar drinks in my classroom. These kids drink this shit get all hyped up, and can’t do a fucking thing than crash.

What is even crazier is the parents do not give a ****. Like they don’t care that their kid shovels all this sugar down their throats.

My kid doesn't know that juice exists and I hope to keep it that way for a long time. Just milk and water. Probably helps that we don't drink any of that stuff - I'm strictly water, coffee and alcohol (wine or whisky depending on the occasion).

I recently watched a parent order their kid, who is three, a Dr pepper. I was honestly flabbergasted.
