Ouch. Probably a suspension coming for Rupp. St. Louis has been scuffling a lot lately and this injury only makes it worse.

I didn't catch this hit last night.... did Oshie have the puck or did this dude just take a run at him?

I think he had the puck and lost it before turning to his right or he was leaving it for the point man. I don't think it was a late hit, but definitely an illegal hit to the head.

I'm of the belief that if you target a player with an illegal hit to the head, and he misses game time, you should be suspended w/out pay until said player comes back from injury. Seems fair to me. :shrug:
