What a tremendous player and leader for the Hawks in his career. Sad it ends too soon due to illness/health, but what a champion.

Slowed down towards the end of his career, but was fun to watch during that run.

When Athanisiou tied it up, I was perturbed they were getting a point. But when Toews had that breakaway to win the game, I wanted him to seal it so fucking bad in that moment, even though the Hawks were still technically in play for the last spot. That just would have been too perfect. Awesome he at least scored earlier though.

I can't believe I'm going to say this, but this was Vosters' best game in the booth. I was pleasantly surprised he wasn't his usual dorky-ass self; he realized the brevity of Toews' last game and put the humor aside. Also, he talked much less and Sharp talked much more, which also added to the broadcast.
