Crosby is the most talented player in the NHL, what is your point? That's like saying Mark Messier was nothing special because of Wayne Gretzky. (Although that comparison is unfair to Gretzky, not only because he was the greatest of all time, but because he also wasn't a giant crybaby like Crosby is.)

Crosby is the best in the NHL, is that what you want to hear? We all know you worship frontrunners like nobody else, not very surprising you jumped on another bandwagon.

Only argument you could make right now in Toews' favor would have to deal with the concern over Crosby's concussion history.

But every other discussion ends in favor of Crosby.

Toews was mvp of the Canada team, while Sid scored one meaningful goal against the best most exclusive teams in the world. One could argue that Sid has a game that dominates peasants, while Toews is the best on the biggest stage against only elite players.
