Clearly not ready. Our CB depth is hurting right now with Cooper out too.

he's a rookie.......who didn't want to let a play get by him.....he was giving a cushion......

Are we really expecting instant star from all of our players?

First of all -- we shouldn't have cut LeBlanc! I thought he was a solid backup, and good slot/NB.

2nd, I thought Joseph was better. (hes on the PS)

3rd, Too bad we traded away Hall. Thought he could still be a decent backup CB.

But, Toliver is a rookie, if he plays better, I'll take it back. :yep:

I agree on Leblanc but wasn't he more of a nickleback?

At least that was the only reason I could understand that roster decision

You can’t be serious. Leblanc played nickel mainly and do you not remember how bad he was last year playing when Callahan was hurt?

This does ring a bell (and I thought I'd managed to erase last season altogether) but I think that might have had something to do with how poorly he compared to Callaghan (great again today). At least Leblanc did have an eye for the ball no?

He had a down year, I read, but I don't recall him being horrible. The year before he played quite well. He isnt old or injured. He could play CB, he wasnt a little person. It was a surprise they cut him.

But if the coaches like Tolliver/Joseph better, I don't have a big problem with it in general. But being forced to line up Tolliver with this game on the line doesnt sound like good planning. If they knew Cooper was going to be out, and Hall traded... it's not like Toliver was going to be ripped off the PS.

He is a press man corner playing off coverage... that's what happens

STFU....nobody cares what you think
#allfansmatter

Also...was not Tolliver the one that had the game sealing pick six that got taken away?

Seems pretty good for a nobody rookie DB to me.

Yeah but he bit hard on the double move that was completed down the left sideline shortly after he came into the game. Rookie trying to make a play on the out and got fooled. He has some promise however, which is why Donatell and Fangio deemed him good enough to dress.

He played pretty terribly in pre-season too.
