Shouts to Doug Collins and Pop, but Thibs did a better than excellent job with this team. Taking them from an 8th seed to the best record in the league in one season is an amazing accomplishment.

Not many coaches can come in and change a culture of losing that has been going on for more than a decade. I felt Thibs would get the award by a landslide. No one has done a better coaching job in the NBA, not bad for a "rookie" head coach.
