So this mornings edition of the local paper had an interesting article in it. Unfortunately the online edition requires a special subscription to read which I don't have. Basically the article was about catching up Wth some former Sox players. One player was Ryan Sweeney who this year in Boston has a .355 Avg. and 13 doubles. He was quoted on this when asked about his stance
Sounds like the Sox never let him stay long enough with a certain stance to become consistent and maybe that's why he struggled with us  if they are still constantly tweaking swings, could that be a problem wi some of our players now? What are your thoughts on this?
.....When I was younger, I maybe tried to tweak it to much and tried to tweak to many things. When I was with the White Sox, Not the A's. With the White Sox, they watch a lot of video and try to change a lot of stuff. Even coming up through the minors I had a hundred different batting stances. Now I try to keep the same approach and the same stance.
