What would you be willing to give up to acquire Chris Sale from White Sox. It would have to be massive considering Sale status as top 3 MLB Pitcher and super club friendly contract.....would Soler, Almora, Gleyber Torres, and CJ Edwards get it done?

Sox definatly wont trade him to the Cubs and would be stupid to trade a 26 YO ACE whom they have control of for 4 more seasons. ...

He is someone you build the team around along with Rodon now.[/QUOTEI agree with you that he is the center piece to build around along with Rodon, Quintana, Fullmer, and Abreu but if they decide to rebuild then the Cubs who need pitching offer the cream of the crop minors league system for Whitesox to choose from.

Why doesn't someone just move this thread one forum south of here. The White Sox Forum has had all of one post in the last three days. They're an awful team but we've seen much worse on the northside and didn't desert them. It's just so hard to believe that Sox fans live in the same city with Bears, Cubs, Bulls and Blackhawk fans.

Sale's price is off of the charts. You could pretty much demand Schwarber, Baez, Johnson and Tores.

Or that level of talent.

Worry about the non existent posts in the Cubs forum given their base and being a playoff team. Heck threads for games have been getting made after games start
