By far the most disappointing part of the game. Not even close. He is supposed to be the franchise.

You can be ok with the defense getting burned in the 2nd half vs one of the greatest QBs of all time. Mack was not as effective in the 2nd half because he wasn't conditioned which was expected. Same with Smith.

You can even be ok with Trubisky making some misreads in coverage because he is still inexperienced and new to the system.

What can't happen though is for him to get raddled to the point of being afraid to make passes.

Say what you want about Cutler. While he was not very good at processing defenses and making smart decisions, he never was intimidated.

Bitch “running scared” Trubisky was not cut out for this. That’s why everybody laughed at Pace when he got fleeced.

Mitch got a serous case of deer in the headlights when things started to slip.
That was very concerning... seemed flustered and lost... that’s not what you need in the huddle.
Chase wins that game in the second half...
Hurts me to say that but I absolutely believe it.

Can we keep all of the dumb ass Trubisky reactions in one thread.

He was bad. It was disappointing.

There are a number of factors that should improve with more time in the offense.
