I know the answer to the first one is 'Yes' because I watched a guy do it at a Wendy's while I was in high school. Not too sure about the second one.... I'd assume you could.

To answer your your first question: I don't see why not - it's your money.

On your second question: I used to manage a pizza delivery for many, many, many years...if would have come into my store and asked that question, I would have told you to get out. Why? It's to dangerous for my drivers - who knows if you're a mass-murderer or not.

Plus I insurance regs might not allow passengers while working...I would have to check on that
