There are 2 Thomases but if it is Kirk and Tim Thomas then Pryzbilla is coming here and I seriously doubt Portland gives him up. Having said that I don't get why Portland would take Tyrus along with Kirk.

Hinrich to Portland is unlikely to happen until after July 1 when the Blazers can slide him into their open cap space. As far as Blair goes, that partly depends on whether the Bulls can package 16 and 26 to move up a few spots, in which case they might be able to get somebody like Holliday instead.
