Yeah he is always trying to do something bizarre. Once he kidnapped a Japanese actress and a director to force them to make movies for him.

The Aussies and other regional maritime military elements have been doing this kind of thing for at least a decade.



I wouldn't worry about anything coming out of that place. 90% of their own military equipment is held together by duct tape and gum. They are like a gnat to the rest of the world. Annoying as all hell, but what harm is really going to come from them? Hell even a misquito is more effective at causing harm.



It doesn't mean we aren't watching them though...

I would find it hard to take him seriously. You just want to pick him up and scold him for being such an unruly little boy. It seems like he should be standing on something yelling "The Plane, The Plane." instead of making major decisions.
