I think it is just Q getting Dejardin some actual ice time heading into the playoffs. He knows what Tuevo can bring to the table, so why not see what Dejardin can bring?
Because have dejardin isn't a replacement for TT? They can both be on the ice at the same time as their skill levels and where they will play on a line is different? Because Dejardin is going to be on the 4th line bringing energy and hits? I don't belive the two are related. I we've went from no Centers to too many and TT is going to have to play wing.
Who do you sit then? Nordstrom? Dejardin was not brought in to sit in the press box right away, Q is going to see what he has and then probably go with a revolving line with the 3 heading into the playoffs.
Hah... Nordstrom wasn't brought in to sit in the press box right away but TT was? The know exactly what Nordstrom can bring too. You can sit Bickell, I know I know but but his contract, you can sit shaw, I know I know but but his spunk. You can sit Kruger... which is probably the most obvious just based on the overlapping position but I think you need him out there for other things. You are definitely sitting carcillo. But at the end of the day if you are choosing between sitting Nordstrom or TT.... and you need scoring. You sit nordstrom. But Q likes his simple two-way guys.
Dejardin wasnt brought in, not Nordstrom. Kruger is one of the better PKers they have, has been for years, and you want to sit him for TT just to get him on the ice?
I get it TT is a talent that is probably better suited to grow on the ice rather then the press box, but with only 2 "open" spots in the lines and 3 guys you can plug in, you are going to have games where TT sits.
Who's going to be on the team next year: TT or Desjardins?

Using that rational Sharp should be in the press box and TT should be on the ice.
Can you not read? I didn't say to sit Kruger only that he was an option, and specifically said you probably don't want to sit him because of the other things he does. And how was Nordstrom being brought up as a patch until they get other bodies any different than being brought in like Desjardins was? He's been brought up and down for 2 years now at least. He's not an important part of the team but he's safe, and two-way so Q likes him. Please I hear he doesn't **** teammates wives, only their sisters. That's probably the only reason he's here.
Allow me to rephrase that to mean: who's going to be on the team next year and/or able to contribute to a Cup run this year?
Who gives a shit? This team will probably pound the awful Oilers tomorrow. The Rangers will be an interesting test, but this team is still deep with the absence of 88. Basically this team will rotate the bottom 6 until it finds the right flow until the playoffs, which will be changed on the fly dependent on home ice and last changes.

And bingo was his nameo
I should also say that you shouldn't mistake this for the Bears board, we're all just chatting here, as opposed to trying to defile ones mother.
Its all good my friend, I was around when it first started, and wrote for this site during the cup run in 2010....Zack just brought me back to write again.
