I think baseball is a sport where a manager can come in with no experience and thrive. They know the game extremely well and what makes it easier is baseball isnt and X's and O's game.

I think being a manager is probably really easy if you've played major league baseball before. I wouldn't know 100%, but after a lot of time in the league, you probably know the game so well that you can manage well.
