Well it seems obvious this thread title is a Little optimistic for Minnesota. They’re not getting “old” Patrick Peterson who played great corner back they’re getting old Patrick Peterson.

I was going to say 9 years, he was a 8x Pro Bowler between 2011-2018 apparently. got busted for PEDs and that's what ended his Pro Bowl streak.

i know he had a long streak and was regarded as one of the best for years but it feels like it was so long ago.

Who knows what he’ll play like this year. Father Time is undefeated. But it’s not like it’s been years since he’s been great. He’s been great basically his whole career.

He’s one year older than Kyle Fuller and $10M cheaper. Not saying the Bears necessarily should’ve dumped one to grab the other—just stating facts.

Peterson is a good player. He could have netted the same package as the Raiders got for Mack in 2016-2018. But now he’s definitely lost a step, still a good player though

I know that's what I'm saying. lol I had no idea he was that good for so long. still would be Pro Bowl level talent I guess if not for the PEDs.
