There is a viral debate going around the internet at the moment....have discussed it with friends already. Majority seems to be on the side of Doors. Although I've seen logistics centers show off their warehouses which are home to millions of wheels to move packages and whatnot around. However every high rise building in the world is a good counter part.

I think there is way more doors.

Some autist is just gonna do the math and post it on reddit.

"X number of buildings in the United States, D number of average doors per building...."

"Y number of wheeled itemed in the United States, W number of averaged wheels per item...."

Do it for a meaningful sample size and then extrapolate.

I'd think it would be wheels by a good margin.

2 door cars have more wheels. 4 door cars probably in total have more wheel if you count the spare. Trucks have more wheels. Motorcycles and bikes only have wheels, as do skateboards and rollerblades. Airplanes and even trains have more wheels than doors. So really, almost any form of transportation has more wheels than doors.

If corporate/business buildings have chairs with wheels on them, then I'd bet chairs beat out doors easily there too. For example, when I think of the suite I worked out of, they had about 24 doors on our floor... But we must have had at least 200 chairs with wheels on them. Each chair had 5 wheels, so that would be 1,000 wheels compared to 24 doors. That isn't even counting the portable white boards, drawers with wheels, etc. It was probably closer to 1,100-1,200 wheels to 24 doors.

Bags of luggage have wheels, toy cars have wheels, dollies, some mop buckets, etc.

I feel real bad for the OCD autists who are urgently trying to build the math to figure this out lol.

This is just the Facebook AI trying to figure out who it wants to be President next.

Doors on more things than wheels are. Now that this is settled. Are there more dogs than cats on this planet? I say cats.

I think you’re underestimating the amount of Wheels.

Wheels wins the car argument 6-4 in most cases. 4 wheels, spare, steering wheel. Plus semis. Corporate offices with wheels on chairs. Don’t forget mowers.

It’s never been more clear to me

I didn't even think of lawn mowers.

Then you have baby strollers, wheelchairs, those vehicles for obese people, etc.

The more I think about it, the more examples I think of.

I really don't think it's close. The closer argument, imo, would be wheels vs. buttons.

Yeah, but there's also plenty of cabinets that have doors but no wheels. And think about schools with a bunch of locker doors. But I'm leaning towards wheels myself.
