Until the Bulls decide to bottom out rather than aiming for the play-in game, they're never getting better. This was the year to do it too with multiple high level prospects likely coming out. Should've given away everything you could, shamelessly lose out and hope you get a top 5 pick. Least it would show there's a plan - a plan to suck instead of a garbled mess to the play-ins.
