also jonathan allen is done for the year with a torn pec so they are prob now the worst run defense in the NFL

It will be interesting to see how Hubbard does against them. If the Panthers can dominate the TOP by running the ball down the Commanders’ throat, they may have a chance at stealing a win.

Yeah, but they played the run pretty well against the Jags. The Bears held their backs to an average of 3.19 ypc.

I know Williams is turning into the QB we'd hoped he be, but the Bears success is going to be predicated on running the ball with some effectiveness.

What's even more encouraging is the screen plays. Be effective there and Williams will not get blitzed as much.

If the backs are popping, Why not? It certainly would give AZ’s D Coordinator something else to worry about, putting a game like that on film, especially since the Cards have a bad rushing D as well.

That’s kinda how total defense works though… your offense scores… you play defense… you score again… you play defense… you’re up 3 scores… it’s just how it goes

It is. But running the ball dominantly, is how an offense physically beats the shit out of a defense.

While this is true, Washington has a very good run game of their own.
