Yea, it's his first time. VDN was good in front of the camera but didn't translate to the court well. I think Thibs will be a good teacher for the young players.

it's nice to have the belief we might be able to get a decent coach on the floor after contracting VDN.

Him mentioning Mo Cheeks is a good sign. Idk if he meant him as just as a close friend or if he would be joining him as part of the staff. Like someone on here mentioned and I have the same opinion as well,if this guy is with us too it would be great considering we were considering him as the coach of this team as well. Also I thought he did fine as far as the interview goes. I imagined him having a higher pitched voice for some reason though when I saw a picture of him before lol idk why.
