18 months ago I weighed 254 lbs. I lost about 25-30 lbs over 6-8 months then put 15 lbs back on. After memorial day this year I weighed 237.

I resumed my weight loss efforts over the summer and I am happy to say I reached my 1st 20 lb weight loss goal this morning. I weighed 217.

Just wanted to bragg a little bit.

I start working on my next 20 lb goal immediately. Hopefully I can bust 200 lbs by the Holidays.

Congrats....

I'm right behind you, I was up to 250 in April , now I'm at 230 and still trying.

Keep up the good work, I know it's hard.

Congrats! I started at 225 a couple of months ago and have been below 200# for a week now. Seeing "1" as the first digit on the scale was unreal...

The word "thin" was actually used to describe me the other day..

Keep it up!

I'm guessing you just switched over to Lite beer?

Really though was it just eating smarter and regular excersise?

Low fat, high fiber, reduced calorie (1500-1800/day) diet.

As far as exercise goes I'm a bit limited. I have a form of rheumatoid arthritis so I can't do alot of intense weights or running. I either walk, ride an exercise bike, do yard work or play frisbee with my daughter, maybe 3-4 times a week. Nothing very intense.

Don't drink much these days, not a great mix with my RA medicines or the fatty liver disease I have been blessed with. I'm hopeful that those problems will improve if not go into remisssion with the weight loss.
