Randy Wells gave up three runs — two earned — on six hits over 3 2/3 innings for Class A Peoria in a rehab start on Tuesday night. Wells, out since April 6 with a strained right forearm, did not walk a batter and struck out one. He threw 48 pitches, 34 for strikes.
