He wasn't right in front of her, he just got partially in her way when the ball was hit and on it's way to them, at which she should have seen the ball. Unless she wasn't paying attention.

yea on a tv it'd be a lot easier to tell. the video i seen was even smaller than half the size of a youtube video.
