What is the status with the Bulls future picks?

Are the Bulls guaranteed the Charlotte pick this coming draft or is it a protected pick and under what conditions? Are there other picks that I am unaware of that the Bulls have and what are the statuses on those?

Charlotte is going to be bad for a while, that pick doesn't have as much value as I thought right now, but of course each year as long as Charlotte stinks will get more valuable
