If Deng won't take a paycut, then goodbye....if Kirk won't take a paycut, then retire. They've made great contributions in the Baby Bulls era but those days have been over with since 2009 (08 if you want to count Rose being drafted). Depending on next year, the Rose era may be seeing its last days as well but it's too early to tell. I know Deng is only 28 but with the minutes he's been playing he's 37 in basketball years. Furthermore the pax/gar thing should be broken up, keep one of them only because they are good at drafting but get someone else who isn't afraid to make trades
