I know most of us on here are straight up 6'4 220 lbs of pure beefcake with perfect genetics and no need/use for supplements, but for the rest of you, what do you take?

I'm sort of turning into a supplement junkie. I'm currently taking whey when needed, creatine, ashwaganda (not really sure if this is doing anything, might try one more bottle and see how that goes), and fish oil, as well as legion pulse pre-workout (shit is awesome). Also, I highly recommend checking out LMNT for your workouts. I nabbed their sample pack and my workouts with them in my water have been amazing.

I quit taking a multi-vitamin because I'm planning on getting some full bloodwork done to find out where I'm deficient and supplement with those directly. I'm 99% sure I'll need Vitamin D and probs magnesium.

What are you guys and gals taking that you feel enhances your life/workout?

Some beer and weed. Hit the treadmill and weight machine. More beer and weed. Do this everyday you will be fit and happy. Get your wife to join you and it gets better. Both of you fit and happy.

Can't do the weed my friend, waiting on an internship through school for my electrical program. To be honest, I cut out most of my drinking after I really got back into the gym. COVID fucked me up pretty good shutting everything down. I put on a good 25+ pounds that I had to lose and beer was getting in the way LMAO. I've dropped that and then some. I'll have the occasional whiskey, but mostly stopped drinking outside of social gatherings.

I finally got the go ahead to start working out again and started these below.
It honestly has made me feel much more energetic but the downside is that it feels like I am eating a damn meal of pills and it also turnes my piss bright yellow- like bright as those yellow green glowsticks.

Thought maybe I was irradiated from too many x-rays and that was my lame ass super power. Glowing piss.
But, apparently fairly common with that vitamin pack.

I used to be a big supp head back in the day when i worked at GNC. Tried anything i could get my hands on. @BEARZOMBIE's stack is tried and true. @Leomaz adding oatmeal ingredients in there is a bit odd but im not sure what old people are taking these days. Feel like they haven't made a good pre-workout in like a decade.

1mr was the shit before they reformulated it. I’m 43 now like you I’ve experimented with allot of supps. Sometimes less is more.

I was loving the Covid supp prices lol. I was getting iso 100 for $50 Xtend for $35. I still have some now but started shopping cause running low and holy shit the prices have climbed

Some norco, an oxy along with a xanax washed down with a tall glass of Lucky Vodka.

Then smoke pot all day. In the best shape of my life.
Edit: Forgot 1000 MG a day of milk thistle for the ole liver.

I remember reading about that one. Dont know if i ever tried it. Last one i remember actually liking was the original Jack3d like 12 years ago.

Prices for everything suck. I usually just buy shit when i see a good sale on amazon.

Have been doing some form of cardio + lifting nearly every day for over 40 years, the only supplement I ever take for a morning workout is a therma-flask of coffee. All that other shit might give you some short-term benefits but I would not risk longer-term health on any of it.
