Use to use manual brush, but I drink a lot of diet pop. Moved to electric Braun and myv teeth stay clean
Toothpaste used tonne Colgate Complete but dentist recommends arm and hammer
Now it's even whiter and stronger enamel teeth. My gums gave gone from 4, 5 to 1, 2
