So, whatchoo doin' today? I'mma just rest I think. Had a 4 mile run, visited her parents and my parents and her grandparents, and got 9 holes in yesterday....so takin' it easy today. Might watch the Cubs and look for some real estate...but...meh.

Yesterday I had my grad party, ate an entire cookie cake by myself, and went out with a couple of my buddies. Today I am going to hit the gym, do some cardio and arms, then my mom is taking me to the GAP for college clothes shopping, then I'll probably just end the day with some video games.

Just woke up and that's what I'm doing. Then a I'm going to pig out at lunch, do my summer reading for school then have a light dinner, smd watch tv. I'll be going to bed early because tommorow I'm getting my wisdom teeth out and I have to fast (which I'm bad at) so the quicker I fall asleep the less likely I'll forget and eat something

Continuing the cleanup from our flooded basement. Day number four.

Sucks man...my parent's basement flooded a few years ago, the day before they were going to florida....took me a week and about 6 hours a day after work to get it taken care of.

We got lucky in that only the back half took water and it was only 2-3 inches at its deepest which was near the drain. We have a lot of boxes that got wet, but most the other items were either in plastic totes or clothes in garbage bags. We have a semi-finished basement, but it's tiled not carpeted. A big area rug saved us from the water spreading. It acted like a sponge. We have some 30+ year furniture that we'll need to have reupholstered.

We needed to purge anyways so this is the kick in the ass we needed. Granted, not the way we wanted to do it. Everything wet is in the garage and the next step is to go through and get rid of most of it.
