We ended a losing streak that was going on 6 years. That alone makes it worth the 3 spots.
Also: It's about picking the RIGHT guys. That's to be decided.
Also: Caleb Williams is now undefeated at Lambeau Field.
Also: The packers are winless in 2025
Don't give me that "last year" crap, loser. THIS year the Bears are undefeated.

The posters happy with yesterday’s meaningless victory over the Packers will be whining when their preferred draft choice is chosen at #7, #8, or #9.

Unfortunately because of that meaningless victory, the Bears are now forced to pick at #10 instead of #7.

If it was against a different team, it wouldn't have mattered.

Because it was against the Packers in GB... it DID matter. (ESPECIALLY to the players on the team that have had to endure all of those losses)

Sad that folks would rather cuck to the Packers to get a better draft pick than beat their smug asses in their own stadium. (But I get it. We live in soft times with few real men)

Packers have been literally acting like it's impossible to lose against the Bears for a while now... and that shit needed to end.

You call me a troll yesterday and then start a new thread to post this 😂. You already mentioned this yesterday several times. And just like yesterday things haven’t changed. The talent drop off from 7 to 10 is nothing. Stop being an idiot and use your brain. We aren’t dropping back from 1 or 2.

Giants gotta feel real happy, Fatt Nagy is sticking around!
Seems their fans are okay with it, not sure how they’re okay with the GM though… 2 all pros get let go for nothing in one offseason, one in the division, QB is eating up 22million in dead cap.

To a winner, winning is everything. To a loser, winning is a concept that doesn't have real value, whereas losing has value.

To wit - Winners want to win. Losers are content to lose.

We can tell who the losers are on this board

There’s a chance Abdul Carter is there at 7, and maybe NO grabs OT1 out from under Bears. But I think theres a good chance the player Bears would pick at 7-8 will be there at 10. I think perhaps more likely is a run of DTs in the late 1st/early 2nd causes Bears to miss out there. But when god closes a door he forgets to lock a window!

I'm not worried about it this year. If the Bears were in this position last year it may have been a thing. Yet even had they missed out on Odunze they still could have gotten an OT or Bowers who in hindsight should have been the pick.

This year is not a great year to have the top pick. The talent pool looks very similar across the first 2 rounds.

I like Abdul Carter but he's going to be a top 5 pick in this class. Take the best OT/DT/DE on the board, especially if you think you can trade back and still get your guy

Trading back isn't a bad idea, as long as you are getting paid well for it. My criticism of Poles draft trades is that he did not get enough from Philly to let them take Carter.

But for the sake of protecting Caleb Williams, if the LT you want is there at 10, for god's sake just draft him and move on to the second round.

Man I was pissed that Emery didn’t trade up to get Donald. Bears needed a DT. He was there one pick before the Bears. Jeff Fisher and the Rams picked him. **** you Emery.

The meaningless victory to end the season against the Packers completely impacted the Bears 2025 draft. The draft board would have flowed so much better for the Bears if they had pick #7.
