Seeing some of these names thrown around makes me realize how young most of the posters here are... Hard not to go Richard Dent with the lack of pass rush.

Being born in 87, just a little before my time yes.

I think it would be interesting to see what a Bobby Douglas would look like playing in the the NFL with today’s rules.

Jimbo Covert to once and for all lock down LT on offense.

Loved Butkus but with the speed of today's games, Urlacher would be a better fit.

Butkus was pretty fucking fast in his day. I’m sure, since we can transport a young Butkus to modern times, he could take advantage of modern training.

I would go with Dent but a pre-injury Leslie Frazier would be a nice player to have. Part of the reason the 46 worked as well as it did was because our cornerbacks were able to play 1 on 1 as well as they did.

Sayers on offense. I love me some Walter Payton but Sayers was a magician with the ball.

Seems like everybody got this one wrong. By far, the Bear that would improve the Bears the most would be ... Papa Bear Halas.

Papa Bear built the NFL(he can build the Bears to be the top team in the NFL in revenue), he was innovative for his time (and since we get him at his most innovative, we will get at least two major innovations from him that will set the bar for the rest of the teams), he had a fine 46 year(?) coaching record with multiple championships
when Halas was still coach the Bears were at least a model of consistency. Only once — in 1952 and ’53 — did they have back-to-back losing seasons.
we would get coach Halas at his prime so that would be
winning their seventh title in 1946, capping a run of four championships in seven seasons,
and he would probably have been just as serviceable as Bellamy as a special teamer and certainly as a WR.

My biggest beef with the Hall. That all decade team from 80's. Only one player not in the Hall...this is true Mierda. Guess who? No one over 40 allowed to answer.
