Giving Fields until end of 2023 season and Bedard until end of 2025. I know that's a year less for the B-Hawks player but he's coming in more ready and is way more highly touted than Justin.

Bedard is a legit generational talent. Fields has the potential to be one but way less of a chance. I think your timeline in your OP is fair. Because of fields learns to throw the ball this year he is going to be scary good.
