Which player do we have to most contain?

We all know that Bron and Wade will get theirs. Thats why I think its key that we stop Jones. When he is open, he just doesnt miss, its that simple. We need someone on him at all time.

I think Wade is the key to whether or not they win. Lebron is going to get his. Shutting Wade down to under 20 is key to a series win. Agree on closing out on the shooters and forcing tough shots.

I kind of alluded to this in another thread (the one asking about the big 3s magic number). They cant sellout against Wade and LeBron to such an extent where the 10 points we prevent LeBron and Wade from getting turn into 25 points from other people.

But I think the player that we have to make things tough on is Wade. I think if we could have Wade waste his defense guarding Bogans/Brewer most of the game and turn him into a volume scorer, we have a decent chance. I think turning either James or Wade into volume scorers helps feed one of our strengths which is rebounding. But I think James is more likely to defer so I think Wade is the better option, especially since we dont rely on Bogans or Brewer for that much offense anyway. Also, if we focus on clamping down on James, who knows how much Dengs offense will suffer?

It's Wade's team. Throw him off and force him into tough shots to frustrate him and you have a great shot at winning.

I don't think you can stop Lebron. If you try to he's just gonna drive to the lane and get every foul call and make free throws, We have the defenders to at least slow down Wade, and I think that's the Bulls' best option. If james has to do everything himself, he's likely to force bad shots which will lead to Bulls rebounds and fast break opportunities on the other end. Make the Heat's role players shoot contested shots from the perimeter.

And I think our 2nd unit has to outplay their 2nd unit (That shouldn't be too hard.) That's were most of our edge in scoring will come from.

I say you literally let Lebron & Wade do their thing. Shut everyone else down. Make them literally win the series.

I am sure Rose can play Wade one on one, so that won't be a problem. I think Deng, or Taj could do moderately well against Lebron.

We all know that Wade and Lebron are gonna get 25+ points. It's key not to let them get over 30. If we hold Bosh to under 20 with Lebron and Wade held to 25 or less, we're in good shape. That and close out fast on their shooters, especially Jones. All easier said than done of course. We'll see how they play in...1.5 hours.
