I know the popular choice will be NY and i also would like to see them come up empty handed but i would like to see Miami strike out on the top players.

Living just 40something odd minutes north of Miami, i know this "fan base" well and they dont deserve a Bosh to go with a top 3 player in Wade. After Wade's comments, he certainly doesn't deserve to have a Bosh or LeBron to share the burden with. It would be great to see B&B(Bron and Bosh) sign w/ the Bulls, JJ and Amare w/ the Knicks and let Wade panic and bolt elsewhere. Thats definitely not happening but its a dream scenario for me. It would be nice to play against Miami when their best players are Udonis Haslem and Raymond Felton when they sign him to the max in panic lol

Miami for sure. When Dwayne came out with that Chicago isn't loyal to their players BS I've been wanting them to fail.

Well, for me since I'm from an area of the country full of Sh!ttsburgh Peelers fans turned Cavs fans in 2003-present I'll go with....

#1. Cleveland Cavaliers

Those fans hate everything Cleveland but to them it's ok to root for the Cavs just because of one guy. That's what I call a good ol' excuse.

#2. Yew Nork Skcink
(sorry had to, they suck lol)

obviously the Knicks and Miami... Dwyane Wade used to be one of my favorite players, but that Chicago isn't loyal sh*t that another poster brought up really got to me more than it should have.

so, i'm just hoping for Miami to strike out.

I'm not going to wish anyone bad luck. Or at least I will try not too.

If I had to pick one, it would be the Nets.
As for Miami. Yes, Wade made some uncalled for comments, but look at his personal situation. I'm not sure anyone is taking the bashing as seriously as Bulls fans are. Pat Riley is one of those guys I love to discredit, but he is a solid executive and great coach.
The Knicks and Bulls have provided a lot of healthy rivalry, and it's easy to knock them down. I almost feel bad for them at this point. Rubbing salt into a wound is a bit overboard. They are due for some good luck, and I would love to see Bulls Knicks playoff games again. Somewhere down the line, if they succeed, those New York fans will only discover new ways to boo their team, no matter how well the Knicks do in this off-season. Because of those weird fans, the Knicks have somehow struck out already.
Cleveland sucks. Another okay rivalry from the past, with some renewing in this last playoff series. LeBron is their savior, and yes, he does hold the city together somehow. The locals don't have much to be happy about, the politics in that down has destroyed Cleveland more than nearly any city in the US, and at some point I have to feel for the good ones.

The Nets on the other hand. This is a team that has almost no fanbase, with locals jumping onto the Knicks bandwagons as they come and go. A new owner that wants to buy his way into the elite, and even change the history of the franchise by moving it, or even renaming the team. Sure those are good business moves, and those moves work. That's exactly why I want to see them strike out. For the little teams across the NBA with real and loyal fanbases that grew up die hard, in full support of their crappy teams. The Nets made some decent runs, and nearly all of the past Finals season's have gone forgotten. Somehow I don't think Brooklyn, I don't think King James, and I don't think Jay-Z will change how the world views the Nets. Most of all, I don't want to see a Russian billionaire drop by, gain success and hype up this exploitive building method that has tarnished some of the best sports towns in the past.
If Prokhorov succeeds, who is next? If I have to pick one team to throw my bad energy at, it will be the Nets. Believe me, the potential trend here is scarier than any other outcome.

i think you have to go with the cavs number one and heat number 2.

Jay Z might be good friend with lebron, but its all about winning and going to NJ is not that as they had the worst record last year.

Jay Z is a factor but its not a big factor

not like winning

winning is #1 to him and he wants to go to a team that will set him best up for multiple championships
