Which weekend should I choose for my 1st American football game in life?

Hello,

My father and I are from the Montreal area (Quebec, Canada) and we would like to come and watch a first American football game (in my life) in Chicago in order to also see baseball (Cubs at Wrigley Field) the same weekend. However, I have to plan my vacation accordingly this week. In which weekend do you think they are going to play at home between mid-September and early October? 11, 18 September or 2nd October ? I could plan my vacation that way. I know that the game schedule is not yet published. And I know that the Cubs won’t play at home in the 24-25 of September.

What weekend do you think I should "bet" on ? I remind you that I cannot wait for the publication of the match schedule next May.

No way to know until the actual schedule is released. The only game that's almost for sure is that they will end the season in Minnesota.

You should do your own research on this. No schedule released and MLB is currently in a lockout so no one knows when season will start.

Your best bet is a weekend in September or early October because if the Cubs make the playoffs they won't be around long.

Mid September regardless of opponent if you want to see both. Couple years ago, I got to see cubs vs pirates and cards series, bears vs BUCS, and then cubs vs Brewers in a one game playoff all in one epic week!!
