I have been going back and forth about players to start this week, and i figured it would make for interesting discussion who you where debating between and who you went with?

for one, i started Beanie Wells over Peyton Hillis......my main theory is Wells is getting all the snaps now, and is playing against Carolina, i am really hoping for a big game out of him.

Freeman over Romo-Romo is playing Jets, need i say more? well i will, he also may have some rust to knock off and i trust Freeman's mobility to get away from the lions line.

Mike Williams over Bryant-I like the idea of every touchdown for Williams is 11 points for me(freeman td=5 Williams=6) and Bryant has Reaves island to overtake

Packers D over Lions- I do not want lions doing good because that means Freeman and Williams may suffer, no bueno. Packers D played terribly but fortunately, Cobb made a big return to give me 6, totaling out to 10 points

Should I go with Rapelisberger vs the Ravens or Josh Freeman vs the Lions as my QB?

Who did you draft to start for you?

I'd go Freeman :nervous:

I drafted RB and WR first and foremost... most of the other "elite" QBs were obviously gone, so I just waited to pick up Big Ben and Freeman later in the draft.

I'm going to go with the Rapist most weeks, as I think he will be solid this year, but opening day against Baltimore's D gives me a second guess!

I was kind of torn on a few things with my team.

First off, my two QBs are Matt Ryan and Eli Manning. I'm torn on this a bit, but it seems Eli doesn't fare to well against the Redskins usually, so I'm gonna start Ryan against the Bears I guess.

Then it was a WR/RB situation. I have 2 RB spots, 2 WR and a flex spot. My "top 4" RBs are Mendenhall, Deangelo Williams, Mark Ingram and Tim Hightower. My top WRs are Calvin Johnson, Mike Wallace and Mario Manningham. I was torn on who to start at RB because....

Ingram was going against GB, who has good D, and he's a rookie in his first game. Mendenhall never really does much against Baltimore, but he's my first pick. I was going to start Williams regardless. So, my thing was do I put Mario Manningham in the flex spot and sit Hightower and Ingram? Or...dare I say it...sit Mendenhall? What I ended up deciding is that since Eli doesn't usually play great against Wash, I'd sit Manningham. Then, I sat Ingram (which turned out to be a good decision). I decided to play Calvin and Wallace (obviously), and then have Mendenhall and Deangelo in my RB spots with Hightower as the flex back, because the Giants defense is like half backups at this point.

Maybe not too hard of decisions, but this is only my second time playing FF so I'm still learning.

Freeman vs. Detroit secondary is good but Big Ben is the better QB.

I like Floyd, but that's a hard choice. Welker will get the catches, but most in short range. Brance is declining, so I don't know how he'll produce.

I also have Colston and it sucks. In his place I'll either start Manningham or Evans, depending on matchup.

prolly Garcon, Collins cant see the field like manning so the 1/2 will be the big men to go to

And also, i think Burress is s good move, Dallas doesnt have the best secondary and he will be going against their 2nd CB. he fits sanchez well because he is not blinding fast and sanchez cant drill it in

Gore didn't give me much in fantasy this week. I'm a bit angry at him. Wells was great for me though. I'd go Wells, Hillis and Charles, but that's my bias against Gore at the moment. Lol

i love McCoy if its a keeper league, bears D went huge but are very up and down, bush will get a decent amount of snaps....i like whoever gets mccoy.

Also, i was thinking about benching gore because he did poorly. But i think i know why, much like chris johnson, gore held out and did not practice, therefore they are both rusty and both threw up like 40 yards rushing, so leaving him on the bench a week or two to get back in the groove may be a good idea, i also just grabbed carnell williams since steven jackson is now out
