Trade deadline passed and no deals but the Bulls still need a 13th player. Players are going to get cut, bought out or released so is there someone who could be more help than who they've already skipped or some D league guy or Mike James?

In the paper there was a story that it was possible Glen Davis and Danny Granger could be bought out and released. Neither would seem to be exactly what the Bulls need. I would think they would be looking for a guard since Hinrich is often hurt and now Butler is injured. They have the two new front court chair fillers, it takes a 20 point lead to get them 5 minutes.

Who might come on the market?

Now that Ben will be bought out, he might be a fair option for a rest-of-season rental. Unfortunately, banging that drum is 100% useless. So lets keep it real and not make this a thread about repeat arguments.

Actually, a cheap BG isn't the worst idea I've ever heard.

Gordon and Granger are the only viable options I see, especially if the Bulls are getting them at a budget cost. Question with Granger is his health, but he would be good for depth at the 3 spot. Not to mention he's pretty pissed at Indiana, so motivation won't be a problem. I like the idea of Gordon if he follows the same path as Nate and DJ as far as resurrection of careers go.
