Who Makes More $$'s - Poles or Flus?

I'm curious since the Bears don't release any contract details who is paid more?
I used to always think the HC made more in most cases but not sure. Both are first
timers in their roles and Flus does report to Poles so would think he is paid more.
The HC is generally more out in the public representing the team which is worth something.
Thoughts / Comments?
