Just a guess and I think I'm wrong because I think another D-man would be on the team other than Scott especially if they ever want him coming out at forward.

Mathis Olimb will not make the team, he is still recovering from the injury he sustained from Kyle Beach in prospect camp and is still going to be out another 2-4 months.

Yeah that happened in the prospect camp. Beach fought him and with a 6'3" towering power force against 5'10" 180ish Olimb he hurt his shoulder.

I thought he might of been healed by the start because they said 2-4 months and that was when, mid July?

If not then no Olimb and some other defenseman will make the squad. Maybe Lalonde would start over Hendry or Boynton or just keep him in Rockford and really keep that space to call him up. I'd not hope to see him on the squad but just to sit on the bench on the regular basis.

I think we could have packaged him to Florida and got Nathan Horton in return. On a side note i'm looking forward to a Beach vs. Aliu fight this year

Yea that is an amazing idea! I mean we should look at add an injured $4 million dollar contract for a guy on his entry level deal while we are going to have no cap space to work with this year at all!!!

How the **** would you work in Hortons $4mil contact on this team?

Last year, our offense was so deep and all four lines could score. This year, we have two great lines, a good one, and a decent one, in my opinion. The fourth line is really the only one that scares me a little.
