Your personal favorite villains(not rank them for others, just ones you like the most), maybe stick to a top 5?

Attributes based purely on actions within a single movie or series. To be fair and sticking to a villain in the most direct sense, here's some simple ground rules. None of this, "XYZ was shitty in the movie, but they were great in the comics/novels." We're sticking to their movie character. The villain must be an antagonist.

With little thought and no particular order. Struggling to hit that 5th name, so many good ones.

The Kurgan
Dark Knight Joker
HAL 9000
Tuco (Dollars/No-Name series)

Jaws - Bond
Brad Whitewood Sr - At Close Range
Percy Wetmore - Green Mile
Jack Torrance - Shinning
Tommy DeVito - Goodfella's
John Kramer - Saw

Shout out to Negan... not a movie.

Hats off to the classics... Joker, Lecter, Vader, Bates, Meyers, Vorhees, Kruger, The Umbrella Corp, most political officials. Etc

I originally had Brick Top here, but I somehow forgot about Ed Harris in Enemey At The Gates, which is one of my all time favorite movies.

I have to give an honorable mention to Fenton in Frailty played by McConaughey. The reason I can't include him is because I think he's technically the good guy. But that movie is awesome. Also want to add that Spacey in 7 and Unusual Suspects barely misses the cut.
